Varnam (means colour in Sanskrit) located in the south India was founded in 1996 for marketing all handicrafts products such as wall motifs, brass god statues, stone garden statue, lord krishna statue, durga statue, figurative sculpture, ganesh statue, garden accessories and many more.
With professionals and skilled artists, Varnam became a focused company creating stone and bronze sculptures. In 2002 we started our own creative workshop in Orissa aiming export.
Today we have 7 award-winning master artists for stone and 2 for bronze and 75 talented artists to support them. We foster values and skills intrinsic to the creation of traditional art and dedicated to the advancement of sculpture industry.

Varnam Handicraft offers a wide range of handmade traditional statues of brass god statues, stone garden statue, lord Buddha, lord Krishna statue and lord Ganesha along with wall motifs and other sculptures that are derivatives of art forms from ancient India art treasure. Our other products like garden statue, religious statue, marble statue are inspired from nature, specially our stone and wood collection. Our research team indulges in an in depth analysis of Indian heritage and our designers recreate those designs with their independent features. They keenly observe the minutest of details and represent them in unique ways. That is why our products look ethnic and traditional.
Our sculptors are skilled in using various types of stones like soft stone and hard granite slice to create exquisite figures and shapes. We also offer artifacts made from rare stones of khondalite (sandstone), serpentine (soft stone), white stone, red stone and marble. Apart from this our products are also created in mediums of patachitra (silk) and palm leaf paintings.

| Tools and Materials | |

All Stone sculptures are completely hand work. No power tools or CNC machines. Just chisel and hammer which is similar to the creation of sculptors in the great Indian temples.
We work in various types of stone ranging from soft stone to hard granite depending on the demand of customer.
Bronze and panchaloha (means alloy of 5 metals) statues are all brought to life by the traditional casting method –Lost wax mold method and then handcrafted.

We are eminent in manufacturing and exporting of statues and home decor items and along with it we also indulge in providing other customized services in accordance with the instructions given by the clients. Therefore, along with our existing range of goods, customers can source an array of customized products from us before the given time period.
We have a team that keeps closely in touch with the clients to know their desired specifications. Then efforts are taken to craft products such as wall motifs, brass god statues, stone garden statue, lord Krishna statue, Durga statue, figurative sculpture, etc in compliance to their set parameters. Customer's forward information regarding materials, color, quality, size, etc. we have the expertise to manufacture exactly what is desired out of us.

| How Do We Work On Order? | |

At every stage of work, status will be updated to you with photographs. On receipt of feedback and suggestions from you the work will proceed further. This helps you to get the exact product of your expectation.
Once the entire work is completed images are forwarded and after the receipt of green signal from you shipment is done.
Any request of additional design or changes on the ordered is also done depending on the possibility of the work status.
